四川雷波县筇竹产业发展制约因素与对策

摘　　要：四川省雷波县拥有丰富的筇竹资源,但筇竹林经营管理缺失,竹笋采集过度且无序,导致林分退化严重,同时筇竹产业链不完整。文章通过调研雷波县筇竹资源与产业发展现状,分析筇竹产业发展面临的机遇与制约因素,在产业规划、竹林经营、专业人才培养、三产融合、基础设施建设以及筹融资等方面提出了促进雷波县筇竹产业高质量发展的对策和建议。Leibo County in Sichuan Province boasts abundant Qiongzhuea tumidinoda resources,but the insufficient and ineffective management and the excessive collection of bamboo shoots have resulted in severe Q.tumidinoda forest degradation.At the same time,there is no complete industry chain of Q.tumidinoda.The paper investigates Q.tumidinoda resources and its industrial development in Leibo County,analyzes the opportunities and constraints in the development of Q.tumidinoda industry,and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high⁃quality development of Q.tumidinoda industry in Leibo County from the aspects of industrial planning,bamboo forest management,talent cultivation,integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries,infrastructure construction and financing.
