区域协同低碳发展视域下张家口市人地关系耦合双向反馈机制研究

摘　　要：随着经济水平的持续增长,人类改造自然的速度和强度在不断提高,这加大了资源环境系统的压力,导致环境质量的下降,加剧了人地关系矛盾。近年来,京津冀协同发展取得了显著进展,“十四五”期间通过加强三地之间的沟通合作,通过加速推进区域协同低碳发展,实现高水准生态环境保护绿色发展。在此背景下,基于Landsat8卫星影像数据,通过使用以自然因子为主的遥感生态指数,研究张家口市2000-2020年生态环境质量的时空变化特征,并分析其对人类活动的响应。同时,利用ArcGIS对张家口市2000-2020年土地利用的动态变化进行分析,以直观了解人类活动对自然环境的影响。通过建立生态环境质量与土地利用动态变化耦合协调度模型,全面探讨张家口市人类活动对资源环境的压力强度以及资源环境对人类活动的承载作用。为张家口市人口与土地、人口与经济、土地利用与社会发展之间的平衡发展提供指导,统筹区域协同低碳发展。With the continuous growth of economic level,the speed and intensity of human transformation of nature are constantly increasing,which increases the pressure on the resource and environmental system,leads to the decline of environmental quality,and aggravates the intensification of the contradiction between man and land.In recent years,the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has made remarkable progress,and during the 14th Five-Year Plan period,through strengthening communication and cooperation between the three places,and accelerating the promotion of regional coordinated low-carbon development,high-level ecological environmental protection and green development have been achieved.In this context,based on the Landssat8 satellite image data,the spatiotemporal variation characteristics of ecological environment quality in Zhangjiakou City from 2000 to 2020 were studied by using the remote sensing ecological index mainly based on natural factors,and its response to human activities was analyzed.At the same time,ArcGIS was used to analyze the dynamic changes of land use in Zhangjiakou City from 2000 to 2020 to intuitively understand the impact of human activities on the natural environment.By establishing a coupling and coordination model of ecological environment quality and land use dynamic change,the pressure intensity of human activities on resources and environment and the bearing effect of resources and environment on human activities in Zhangjiakou City were comprehensively discussed.Provide guidance for the balanced development between population and land,population and economy,land use and social development in Zhangjiakou City,and coordinate regional coordinated low-carbon development.
