触媒理论下铁路工业遗产保护再利用策略研究——以京张铁路张家口段为例

摘　　要：随着我国城市化的快速发展,城市内部铁路线路逐渐失去了其运输功能,如何利用城市铁路工业遗产成为了城市发展急需研究的课题。基于城市触媒理论对京张铁路张家口段铁路工业遗产保护再利用策略进行了研究,结合当前城市铁路工业遗产现状及问题,给出了点触媒、面触媒、线触媒三种不同层级的遗产保护利用的方法与策略,为张家口市铁路工业遗产保护和发展提供了建议,也为其他城市市内铁路工业遗产转型提供了参考,对于实现铁路工业遗产可持续发展具有重要的意义。With the rapid development of urbanization in China,the inner railway line of city has gradually lost its transportation function.How to use the city railway industrial heritage has become the urgent research topic of city development.This paper studies the protection and reuse strategies of the railway industrial heritage of Zhangjiakou Section of Beijing-Zhangjiakou Railway based on City Catalyst Theory.Combined with the current status and problems of the urban railway industrial heritage,methods and strategies for the protection and utilization of three different levels of the heritage,namely point catalyst,surface catalyst and line catalyst,are given to provide suggestions for the protection and development of the railway industrial heritage of Zhangjiakou City.It also provides reference for the transformation of railway industrial heritage in other cities and has important significance for realizing the sustainable development of railway industrial heritage.
