摘 要:为研究单阶端钩型钢纤维参数对混凝土抗弯性能影响,共制备了11组钢纤维混凝土(SFRC)棱柱体梁进行试验。通过三等分点弯曲试验,分析单阶端钩型钢纤维的不同端钩弯曲角度、长径比和掺量对SFRC抗弯性能的影响。结果表明,随着端钩弯曲角度、长径比和纤维掺量的增加,单阶端钩型SFRC梁抗弯性能均有不同程度地增加;基于对试验结果的统计,提出了考虑端钩弯曲角度的弯拉强度计算式,该式可用于计算单阶端钩型SFRC弯拉强度,计算结果同样体现了钢纤维参数对峰后弯曲强度的影响,与试验结果相比误差小于6%,匹配较好;最后采用基于Model Code 2010的本构方程,修正了CDP模型并进行SFRC梁数值模拟,良好的模拟结果验证了模型的正确性,为后续SFRC试验及模拟研究提供了很好的参考。In order to study the influence of single hook-ended steel fiber parameters on the flexural performance of concrete,11 groups of steel fiber reinforced concrete(SFRC)prismatic beams were prepared and tested.Firstly,through the third-point bending test,it analyses the effects of different hook-ended angles,aspect ratios and content of steel fibers on the flexural bending performance of SFRC.The results show that with the increase of the hook-ended angle,aspect ratio and fiber content,the flexural bending performance of single hook-ended type SFRC beams increases proportionally.Then,a formula for calculating the flexural strength considering the hooked-end angles of the steel fibre is proposed,which can be used to calculate the flexural strength of single hooked-ended SFRC.The calculation results reflect the influence of steel fiber parameters on the bending strength in the post-crack stage.Compared with the test results,the error is less than 6%.Finally,it adopts the constitutive equation based on Model Code 2010,and corrects the CDP model and conducts numerical simulation of SFRC beam,which could make a good reference for the study of SFRC.
