摘  要:为研究高强珊瑚混凝土的抗冲击性能,采用小粒径级配的珊瑚砂完全取代粗骨料制备高强珊瑚混凝土,并掺入不同量的聚丙烯纤维,对其进行自由落锤冲击试验。结果表明:与未掺加纤维的试件相比,聚丙烯纤维的掺入起到了“桥接”作用,微裂纹间的相互影响较强,试件破坏时裂缝较多。不同掺量聚丙烯纤维能有效增强高强珊瑚混凝土的抗冲击性能,冲击次数、吸收能量与掺量基本呈一次线性关系。与0掺量的试件相比,掺入1、2、3 kg聚丙烯纤维时,试件初裂冲击次数(吸收能量)分别提高了46.15%、115.38%和170.08%,破坏冲击次数(吸收能量)分别增加了47.06%、108.82%和152.94%。增加聚丙烯纤维掺量对初裂冲击次数明显提高,但初裂次数与终裂次数极为接近或相同,不能采用抗冲击强度保留率来评价HSCC的抗冲击性能。In order to study the impact resistance of high-strength coral concrete,coral sand with small particle size gradation was used to completely replace coarse aggregate to prepare high-strength coral concrete.Impact test.The results show that compared with the specimens without fibers,the incorporation of polypropylene fibers has a“bridging”effect,the interaction between microcracks is stronger,and the specimens have more cracks when they are damaged.Different dosages of polypropylene fibers can effectively enhance the impact resistance of high-strength coral concrete,and the impact times,absorbed energy and dosage basically have a linear relationship.Compared with the specimen with 0 dosage,when 1 kg,2 kg and 3 kg polypropylene fibers were added,the initial cracking impact times(energy absorption)of the specimens increased by 46.15%,115.38%and 170.08%,respectively,and the failure impact times(absorbing energy)increased by 46.15%,115.38%and 170.08% increased by 47.06%,108.82%and 152.94%,respectively.Increasing the content of polypropylene fiber significantly increases the number of initial cracks,but the number of initial cracks is very close to or the same as the number of final cracks,so the impact strength retention rate cannot be used to evaluate the impact resistance of HSCC.
