摘 要:以应用较为广泛的磁铁矿和重晶石两种防辐射混凝土为研究对象,研究了高温对其表观特征以及碳化性能的影响,使用酚酞溶液测试法和模拟孔溶液pH值法评价混凝土碳化深度。通过热重分析,分析高温后混凝土碳化层物相组成及其含量变化规律,进行碳化机理分析。结果显示:磁铁矿混凝土密度晶石混凝土具有更好的热稳定和抗碳化性能;高温前后混凝土中的碳化反应物质随温度升高而逐渐减小,而碳化生成物逐渐增加;高温后防辐射混凝土碳化深度酚酞测试值介于完全和未完全碳化深度之间,约为完全碳化区长度的1.5~2倍。The influence of high temperature on the apparent characteristics and carbonation performance of radiation-resistant concrete,magnetite and barite,which are widely used as the research object was studied.The carbonation depth of concrete was evaluated by phenolphthalide solution test method and pH value method of simulated pore solution.Through thermogravimetric analysis,the phase composition and content change rule of concrete carbonation layer after high temperature are analyzed,and carbonation mechanism is analyzed.The results show that magnetite concrete has better thermal stability and carbonation resistance than SPAR concrete.Before and after high temperature,the carbonized reactive substances in concrete decrease gradually with the increase of temperature,while the carbonized products increase gradually.The carbonation depth of high temperature post-radiation-proof concrete phenolphthalein test value is between complete carbonation depth and incomplete carbonation depth,about 1.5~2 times the length of complete carbonation zone.
