摘 要:提出满足钢框架与预制混凝土外挂墙板变形协调的新型连接节点,用于连接预制混凝土墙板和钢框架主体结构。为了研究不同螺栓扭矩对预制混凝土外挂墙板结构体系在地震作用下抗震能力的影响,设计了3榀单跨钢框架外挂预制混凝土墙板试验试件,并进行拟静力试验。对比了3榀试件的破坏模式、滞回曲线、骨架曲线、刚度退化及累积耗能等。研究结果表明:试件在加载初期,结构体系初始刚度大、位移变形较小,随着位移的不断增加,上部连接件间发生剪切滑移,有效地保护了结构整体的安全性;随着上部连接件中螺栓预紧力的增加,整体结构的刚度退化速度会减慢,结构整体的承载能力会显著提高。A new type of joint is proposed to meet the deformation coordination of steel frame and external wall panels,which is used to connect external PC wall panels and main structure of steel frame.In order to study the influence of different bolt torques on the seismic capacity of steel frame precast concrete externally hung wall panel structure system under earthquake action,three one-story and one-span steel frames under quasi static loading were conducted.The failure modes,hysteretic curves,skeleton curves,stiffness degradation and cumulative energy dissipation of the three specimens were compared.The results showed that the new joints not only have the performance of rigid joints,but also have the performance of flexible joints,which effectively protects the wall panel.With the increase of bolt pre-tightening force in the upper connector,the stiffness degradation rate of steel frame wall panel structure will slow down,and the overall bearing capacity of the structure will be significantly improved.
