摘 要:研究了石粉对蒸压水泥制品抗压和抗折强度的影响,并分别通过SEM和DSC-TGA分析了作用机理,结果显示,内掺10%的石粉可使抗折与抗压强度均提高10%,外掺10%的石粉则可分别提高抗压强度10%和抗折强度20%以上,石粉增强蒸压水泥制品的机理是其改变了托贝石晶体的形貌,使无石粉对比样中纤细、薄壁、竹叶状的托贝石晶体转变为粗大、碎木块状或纤维、木屑状,同时增加了托贝莫来石的生成量和结构稳定性,其中外掺石粉的作用更强。The effect of stone powder on the compressive and flexural strength of autoclaved cement products is studied,and the action mechanism of stone powder is analyzed by SEM and DSC-TGA.The results show that replacing cement with 10%stone powder can increase both the flexural and compressive strength by 10%,while addition of 10%stone powder can increase the compressive strength by 10%and flexural strength by more than 20%respectively.The mechanism of stone powder reinforced autoclaved cement products is that it changes the morphology of tobermorite crystals,so that the slender,thin-walled and bamboo leaf tobermorite crystals in the comparison sample without stone powder was changed into coarse,broken wood block or fiber and sawdust.At the same time,it increases the formation amount and structural stability of tobermorite,and the effect of the addition of stone powder is stronger.
