摘 要:为提高组合板式构件的节能环保性,将脱硫石膏改性得到的高强、高耐水性石膏基混凝土与压型钢板结合起来形成一种新型的组合板。首先得到了脱硫石膏基混凝土的优选配合比及相应的物理力学性能,然后研究了新型组合板的抗弯安全性设计与挠度计算方法,建立了基于平衡原理的抗弯承载力计算方法和基于等效截面换算的抗弯刚度计算方法,为抗弯纵筋的配制及挠度的验算提供了依据。理论分析及试验研究表明:压型钢板脱硫石膏基混凝土组合板具有良好的受弯性能,建立的抗弯设计方法具有合理性。In order to improve the energy-saving and environmental protection performance of the composite slab components,the high strength/high water resistance gypsum-based concrete obtained by modification of desulfurized gypsum was combined with profiled steel sheet to form a new type of composite slab.Firstly,the optimal ratio of desulfurized gypsum-based concrete was obtained and its physical and mechanical properties were verified.Subsequently,the flexural safety design and deflection calculation methods of new composite slabs were studied.The flexural bearing capacity calculation method based on the principle of balance and the flexural stiffness calculation method based on the equivalent section conversion,which can provide the foundation of flexural longitudinal reinforcement bars configuration and slab deflection check,have been established.Theoretical analysis and experimental research show that the profiled steel sheet desulfurized gypsum-based concrete composite slab has good flexural performance and the flexural design methods established are reasonable.
