摘  要:套筒灌浆连接作为一种预制混凝土结构连接方式正得到大规模应用,套筒内灌浆缺陷检测对保证结构性能至关重要,冲击回波法作为一种可行的无损检测方法具有广阔的应用前景。因灌浆套筒尺寸较小,检测条件发生微小改变可能会对检测结果产生较大影响。为研究冲击回波法检测套筒灌浆缺陷的影响因素,对测距、构件内钢筋尺寸、套筒位置及布置形式、测线偏移距离和检测位置等因素开展数值模拟研究,并对模拟结果进行分析。研究结果表明,采集点距敲击点4~10 cm为宜,测线偏移距离超过2 cm无法有效识别套筒灌浆缺陷,底面测试法比侧面测试法识别效果更好,灌浆套筒和内部钢筋对厚度频率影响很小,双排套筒厚度频率偏移值与单排套筒基本相同。研究结论可为采用冲击回波法进行套筒灌浆缺陷检测提供参考。As a connection method of precast concrete structure,grouting steel sleeve connection is being widely used.The detection of grouting defects in the steel sleeve is very important to ensure the structural performance.As a feasible nondestructive testing method,impact echo method has broad application prospects.Because of the small size of the grouting steel sleeve,a little changes in detection conditions may result a great impact on the detection results.In order to study the influencing factors of detecting steel sleeve grouting defects in the sleeve by impact echo method,numerical analysis is carried out on the factors such as ranging,reinforcement size in components,steel sleeve position and layout,offset distance of measuring line and detection position.The results show that the acquisition point should be 4~10 cm away from the percussion point.The steel sleeve grouting defects can not be identified effectively if the offset distance of the measuring line is more than 2 cm.The identification effect of the bottom test method is better than that of the side test method.The grouting steel sleeve and internal reinforcement have little influence on the thickness frequency,and the thickness frequency offset value of the double row steel sleeve is basically the same as that of the single row steel sleeve.These conclusion can provide reference for steel sleeve grouting defect detection by impact echo method.
