摘  要:为了研究固废骨料粒形对自密实堆石混凝土力学性能的影响,开展了因为固废骨料粒形不同对混凝土力学性能影响的试验研究。制备相同强度的人工球形骨料和自然破碎的普通再生骨料的自密实混凝土;包括普通混凝土材料在内,制作成立方体试件、棱柱体试件、四点弯抗折强度试件27个,为排除空隙比不同带来的差异,进行了空隙率试验。试验结果表明:人工球形骨料的再生自密实堆石混凝土无论是抗压强度还是抗折强度均比较高,其立方体抗压强度较普通再生骨料提高了约21%,轴心抗压强度提高了约9%,抗折强度值提高了4%;导致普通再生骨料混凝土强度降低的主要原因是空隙的不均匀分布和空隙的几何形状不规则所致,进一步的研究表明,人工球形骨料堆积具有较好的结构骨架,而破碎骨料的自然堆积在理论上存在弱结构面,验证了骨料粒形对再生自密实堆石混凝土力学性能有一定的影响。这对研究自密实堆石混凝土在工程应用上具有一定的参考价值。In order to study the influence of the particle shape of solid waste aggregate on the mechanical properties of self-compacting rockfill concrete,an experimental study is carried out on the influence of different particle shape of solid waste aggregate on the mechanical properties of concrete.Self-compacting concrete with the same strength of artificial spherical aggregate and naturally broken common recycled aggregate.Including ordinary concrete materials,27 cube specimens,prismatic specimens and four-point bending flexural strength specimens are made.In order to eliminate the differences caused by different void ratios,void ratio tests are carried out.The experimental results show that the compressive strength and flexural strength of the regenerated self-compacted rockfill concrete with artificial spherical aggregate are high.The cubic compressive strength,axial compressive strength and flexural strength of the regenerated self-compacted rockfill concrete with artificial spherical aggregate are increased by about 21%,9%and 4%compared with that of the regenerated aggregate.Results in the decrease of average strength of recycled aggregate concrete is the main reason of the uneven distribution of space and space geometry caused by irregular,further research shows that artificial spherical aggregate accumulation has good structural framework,and the nature of crushing aggregate accumulation has weak structural planes in theory,to verify the aggregate grain shape on the regeneration of self-compacting concrete is of certain influence to mechanical properties.It is of certain reference value to the study of self-compacting rockfill concrete in engineering application.
