摘 要:通过膨胀率以及劈裂抗拉强度研究了不同掺量氧化镁膨胀剂对水工混凝土安定性的影响,并通过绝热温升试验研究了氧化镁膨胀剂与不同强度等级混凝土的匹配性。结果表明:氧化镁掺量以及混凝土龄期的增加会使混凝土的膨胀率逐渐增加。当氧化镁膨胀剂掺量在6%时,不同强度等级混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度比未发生变化,劈裂抗拉强度比均为1.05,混凝土的安定性最好。氧化镁膨胀剂具有良好的分散性,与不同强度等级的混凝土配合比有较好的匹配性。The influence of magnesia expansive agent with different dosages on the stability of hydraulic concrete was studied by expansion rate and tensile splitting strength,and the compatibility between magnesia expansive agent and concrete with different strength grades was researched by adiabatic temperature rise.The results showed that the expansion rate of concrete gradually increased with the increased dosage of magnesia expansive agent and the increased age of concrete.When the content of magnesia expansive agent was 6%,the splitting tensile strength ratio of concrete with different strength grades of were the same,and the splitting tensile strength ratio were all 1.05,indicating concrete had the best stability with the content of 6%.Magnesia expansive agent had good dispersibility and good compatibility with concrete mix proportions of different strength levels.
