摘 要:水工建筑物建造过程中,因技术问题或施工管理不当等导致混凝土强度达不到设计要求引起的质量事故是目前工程质量事故的主要类型之一,该类质量事故的发生将直接影响到结构的使用安全。该文以佛山市高明区沧江船闸为例,对船闸混凝土强度缺陷原因进行分析,综合比选结构加固方案,进行混凝土表面增强剂与钢纤维混凝土加固技术方案设计,最后以质量检测结果及实际运行效果论证方案的有效性,可为混凝土结构的加固提供参考。The quality accidents caused by concrete strength failing to meet the design requirements due to technical problems or improper management during the construction of hydraulic structures are one of the main types of engineering quality accidents at present.The occurrence of such quality accidents will directly affect the use safety of structures.Taking the Cangjiang Shiplock in Gaoming District,Foshan City as an example,the reasons for the strength defects in the concrete of the shiplock are analyzed,and the structural reinforcement plan is comprehensively compared and selected.The design of concrete surface reinforcement agent and steel fiber concrete reinforcement is carried out.Finally,the effectiveness of the plan is demonstrated based on the quality inspection results and actual operating effects,which provides a reference for the reinforcement of concrete structures.
