旋喷桩复合地基承载特性的试验研究

摘　　要：文章首先介绍了旋喷桩固结体在砂砾地层和粘性土层所能达到的抗压、防渗等性能指标,阐述了该技术对建筑物软弱地基加固及透水地基防渗处理的适应性。进而提出采用模型试验的方法,对旋喷桩单桩和其构成复合地基进行载荷试验,以探求在竖直荷载作用下,复合地基的承载特性。文中详细论述了试验旋喷桩构筑所采用的工艺参数、龄期、取样、制样过程及试验装置。试验过程中,单桩模型是在不同水泥掺量下完成3组载荷试验,得到固结体物理力学性能指标;复合地基模型是通过改变地基模型主要参数,对所形成的复合地基进行20余组载荷试验,得到了竖直荷载作用下复合地基的承载特性及规律,并进一步论证了旋喷桩构成复合地基的承载模式。This text firstly introduced rotary jet grouting pile consolidation body in the sand gravel geologic strata and cohessive soil layer performance index that can attain to press,defend to ooze etc,expounded the adaptability of this technology to the reinforcement of weak foundations in buildings and permeable foundation anti-seepage treatmenting.Furthermore,the method of using model experiments is proposed,load test on single pile of rotary jet grouting pile and its composite foundation,to explore the bearing characteristics of composite foundations under vertical loads.The article discusses in detail trial rotary jet grouting pile the craft parameter adopted for constructing stake,age to expect,take a sample,make sample process and experiment device.During the test process,the single pile model completes three sets of load tests under different cement dosages,obtain the physical and mechanical performance indicators of the consolidated body;the composite foundation model is achieved by changing the main parameters of the foundation model,conduct more than twenty sets of load tests on the formed composite foundation,obtained the bearing characteristics and laws of composite foundation under vertical load,and further demonstrated the bearing mode of composite foundation composed of rotary jet grouting pile.
