摘 要:运用单一变量法分析桩距、格构柱悬臂高度对格构式塔式起重机基础承台、格构柱、灌注桩的力学参数影响,对常用塔式起重机型号在桩距、格构柱悬臂高度影响下的各项力学参数计算分析,并对各种影响因素变化下的格构柱塔式起重机基础经济指标进行计算。通过对不同塔式起重机型号格构式塔式起重机基础承台、格构柱及灌注桩综合成本累加得出格构式塔式起重机基础最经济桩距,同时通过对变化悬臂高度的不同塔式起重机型号力学计算,给出不同塔式起重机型号在不同悬臂高度下的格构柱建议选型。In this paper,the single variable method is used to analyze the influence of pile spacing and lattice column cantilever height on the mechanical parameters of the lattice tower crane foundation cushion cap,lattice column and cast–in–place pile,calculate and analyze the mechanical parameters of the commonly used tower crane models under the influence of pile spacing and lattice column cantilever height,and calculate the economic indicators of the lattice column tower crane foundation under the change of various influencing factors.By summing up the comprehensive costs of lattice tower crane foundation caps,lattice columns and cast–in–place piles of different tower crane models,it can be concluded that the most economical pile spacing of lattice tower crane foundation.At the same time,through mechanical calculation of different tower crane models with varying cantilever heights,The recommended selection of lattice columns for different tower crane models at different cantilever heights is given.
