摘 要:高压旋喷桩复合地基适用于处理淤泥、淤泥质土、素填土等软土地基,对于高灵敏度土的加固效果显著。结合连云港某风机基础实例,通过复合地基荷载试验和单桩竖向荷载试验,确定经过高压旋喷桩处理后的地基基床系数和高压旋喷桩竖向抗压刚度,并采用PKPM计算软件研究二者对于风机基础设计中灌注桩的竖向受力和桩基沉降的影响。研究结果表明:考虑高压旋喷桩地基处理后的基床系数会使得灌注桩实际承担的最大压力减少16.8%,最大拔力减少4.7%,桩基整体沉降降低45.5%。考虑旋喷桩竖向抗压刚度会使得灌注桩实际承担的最大压力减少4.5%,但对于桩基整体沉降影响有限。Composite foundation with high pressure jet grouting pile is suitable for treating soft soil foundation such as silt,muddy soil,plain fill,etc.which has significant reinforcement effect on highly sensitive soil.Combined with a wind turbine foundation in Lianyungang,proved by load test on composite foundation and load test on single pile,the subgrade reaction coefficient and vertical compressive stiffness of high-pressure jet grouting pile were proposed.PKPM software was used to research the influence of both on the vertical stress of cast-in-place pile and pile settlement in the design of wind turbine foundation.The research results show when the subgrade reaction coefficient of the high-pressure jet grouting pile foundation treatment is considered,the maximum pressure of the castin-place pile will be reduced by 16.8%,the maximum pulling force will be reduced by 4.7%,and the settlement of the pile foundation will be reduced by 45.5%.When the vertical compressive stiffness of jet grouting pile is considered,the maximum pressure of the cast-in-place pile will be reduced by 4.5%,but it has only a limited impact on the settlement of the pile foundation.
