摘　　要：对照国家标准和设计规范,梳理并筛选绿色办公建筑性能指标,形成一套适用于既有绿色办公建筑的系统级(KPI)综合评价体系,涵盖技术、运行、效益三个方面18项评价指标,利用德尔菲法与专家打分法共同确定指标权重,构建适用于既有绿色办公建筑的综合评价模型。以严寒地区一栋典型绿色办公建筑为例进行综合评价,并与该绿色建筑星级评价结果进行对照分析,验证综合评价体系适用于绿色办公建筑评价。According to national standards and design specifications,sort out and screen the performance indicators of green office buildings to form a system–level(KPI)comprehensive evaluation system suitable for existing green office buildings,covered 18 evaluation indicators in three aspects of technology,operation and benefit result.The index weight is determined by Delphi method and expert scoring method,creating a comprehensive evaluation model suitable for existing green office building.Taking a typical green office building in severe cold area as an example,the comprehensive evaluation is compared with the star evaluation results of the green building to verify that the comprehensive evaluation system is suitable for green office buildings.
