摘 要:阳台板贯通于建筑内外部,易形成热桥,是建筑节能的薄弱部位。基于玻璃纤维增强塑料(GFRP)材料及不锈钢材料良好的热工性能及力学性能,提出一种新型断热桥连接组件。对3类共5个采用新型断热桥连接组件的阳台板试件开展单调静力加载试验,重点研究其破坏形态、承载力及变形能力。结果表明:阳台板受压侧的高强受压试块发生受压破坏,上部受拉侧混凝土出现受弯裂缝,发生弯剪破坏;试验中该类阳台板试件变形能力良好,且挠跨比为1/20时试件承载力均未出现下降;采用掺入钢纤维的高强受压试块的阳台板试件相对于未掺入试件,试件具有更高承载力。The balcony connect the inside and outside of the building and is easy to form a thermal bridge,which is the weak part of building energy conservation.GFRP material and stainless steel material have relatively good thermal and mechanical properties.Based on this,the paper proposes a new type of balcony slab connected by the new connector with nonthermal bridge.Through the monotonic static loading test of 5 balcony plate specimens connected by the new connector with nonthermal bridge in 3 categories,the failure mode,bearing capacity and deformation capacity are mainly studied.The results show that the main failure modes are compression failure of the high–strength compression test block at the compression side of the balcony slab,bending crack and flexural–shear mode failure of the concrete at the upper tension side.In the test,the deformation capacity of this kind of specimens are good,and the bearing capacity of the specimen does not decrease when the ratio of deflection to span is 1/20.The specimen with high–strength compression specimen mixed with steel fiber has better bearing capacity than that without steel fiber.
