摘  要:以焦宝石、莫来粉、氧化硅微粉、铝酸盐水泥、三聚磷酸钠等为原材料,系统研究了铝酸盐水泥加入量对焦宝石基耐热浇注料性能的影响。随着铝酸盐水泥加入量的增加(5%~10%),试验结果表明:不同温度处理后的焦宝石基浇注料抗折和耐压强度增大,经800℃热处理后出现强度损失,最大耐压强度损失为7.94%;经110℃热处理焦宝石基浇注料的体积密度逐渐降低,由2.41 g/cm^(3)降低到2.395 g/cm^(3);煅烧温度由800℃增加到1300℃,焦宝石基浇注料的体积密度变化不大;水泥加入量越低,永久线变化率变化越稳定,水泥加入量为5%时,线变化率变化最小,仅为0.15%,经1300℃煅烧后焦宝石基浇注料线变化率由–0.23%降低至–0.42%。The effects of aluminate cement addition amount on the properties of pyrolytic gembased heat resistant castables were systematically studied using coke gem,mullite powder,silica powder,aluminate cement and sodium tripolyphosphate as raw materials.With the increase of aluminate cement content(5%~10%),the test results show that the flexural and compressive strength of coke gem based castable increases after treatment at different temperatures,and the strength loss occurs after heat treatment at 800℃,and the maximum compressive strength loss is 7.94%.After heat treatment at 110℃,the volume density of coking gemstone base castable decreased gradually from 2.41 g/cm^(3)to 2.395 g/cm^(3).With the increase of calcination temperature from 800℃to 1300℃,the volume density of sapphire based castable has little effect.The lower the cement content is,the more stable the change rate of permanent line is.When the cement content is 5%,the change rate of permanent line is the least,which is only 0.15%.After calcined at 1300℃,the change rate of coking gem based castable line decreases from–0.23%to–0.42%.
