摘　　要：目的 探究失匹配负波(mismatch negativity,MMN)在低龄人工耳蜗植入儿童康复效果评估中的应用价值。方法 选取49例低龄人工耳蜗植入术后儿童,采用主观婴幼儿有意义听觉整合量表/有意义听觉整合量表(infant-toddler meaningful auditory integration scale/meaningful auditory integration scale,IT-MAIS/MAIS)与客观电生理失匹配负波检测相结合,进行康复效果评估。采用SPSS 25.0软件进行统计分析,分析主观评估得分与客观评估之间的相关性,同时分析客观评估结果是否为主观评估得分的影响因素。结果 MMN的潜伏期与IT-MAIS/MAIS得分存在显著负相关(P<0.05),MMN潜伏期与干预时间存在显著负相关(P=0.014<0.05),MMN潜伏期与较好耳平均助听听阈有显著正相关(P=0.022<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,MMN潜伏期为康复效果评估的独立影响因素(R^(2)=0.635)。结论 MMN可以有效、客观地评估低龄人工耳蜗植入儿童的术后康复效果。Objective To explore the application value of mismatch negativity(MMN)in the evaluation of rehabilitation effects of cochlear implants in young children.Methods The rehabilitation effect of 49 young children after cochlear implantation was evaluated by the combination of infant-toddler meaningful auditory integration scale/meaningful auditory integration scale(IT-MAIS/MAIS)and objective electrophysiological MMN detection.SPSS 25.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results The latency of MMN was negatively correlated with the IT-MAIS/MAIS score(P<0.05),MMN latency had a significant negative correlation with intervention time(P=0.014<0.05),and MMN latency had a significant positive correlation with the mean hearing threshold of good hearing aid(P=0.022<0.05).Multivariate regression analysis showed that MMN latency was an independent factor influencing the evaluation of rehabilitation effect(R2=0.635).Conclusion MMN can effectively and objectively evaluate the postoperative rehabilitation effect of young children with cochlear implantation.
