摘　　要：美国小说家雪莉·杰克逊的代表作《抽彩》被誉为美国文学史上最经典的短篇小说之一。小说揭露了人性的丑陋、批判了社会现实的荒诞,倾注了作家对同时代女性的深切关注和同情。该文以该作品为研究对象,借助西蒙·德·波伏娃的“他者”理论,对故事中女性人物的“他者”处境进行特征及成因分析,并剖析了女主人公的悲剧命运与“他者”身份之间的联系。结论指出:处于男权社会的女性“他者”受制于社会结构性压迫和男权文化束缚,自觉将男权思想内化于自己的思维和行为模式中,导致话语权丧失、主体意识和抗争意识匮乏,无法突破“他者”身份桎梏和摆脱悲剧命运。The Lottery is a representative work by American novelist Shirley Jackson,hailed as one of the most iconic short stories in American literary history.The story exposes the ugliness of human nature,criticizes the absurd of social reality,and presents the author's deep concern and sympathy for women in the same era.By employing Simone de Beauvoir's theory of"The Other",this study analyzes the characteristics and causes of The Otherness of female characters in the story.It also explores the connection between the tragic fate of the female protagonist and her status as"The Other".It is concluded that in patriarchal society women as"The Other"are constrained by social structural oppression and male-dominated culture.They consciously internalize patriarchal thinking into their own thoughts and behaviors,resulting in a loss of discourse power,a lack of subject consciousness and resistance awareness,and an inability to break free from the shackles of Otherness and escape tragic fate.
