摘  要:目的探讨可吸收线联合可吸收夹缝合方法在腹腔镜下胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术的应用。方法行腹腔镜下胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术的100例患者,根据缝合方法的不同分为两组,每组50例。观察组行可吸收线联合可吸收夹缝合,对照组单独行丝线缝合。比较两组患者的手术相关指标及术后情况。结果100例患者均顺利完成手术。与对照组比较,观察组手术缝合时间较短,缝合过程中出血量和术后腹腔引流量较少(P<0.05)。两组患者术后24 h的VAS疼痛评分、肛门首次排气时间、住院时间和术后并发症发生率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜下胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术中应用可吸收线联合可吸收夹缝合方法,能够缩短手术缝合时间,减少术后腹腔引流量,且安全性较高。Objective To explore the application of absorbable suture combined with absorbable clip in laparoscopic repair of gastroduodenal ulcer perforation.Methods A total of 100patients undergoing laparoscopic repair of gastroduodenal ulcer perforation were divided into two groups with 50cases each.Group A was sutured with absorbable suture combined with absorbable clip and group B was sutured with silk thread alone.The operation-related indexes and postoperative conditions of the two groups were compared.Results The operation in all the patients was completed successfully.Compared to group B,the time for the suture was shorter,the amount of blood loss during suture and the postoperative intraperitoneal drainage were less in group A(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in VAS pain score 24hours after operation,first anal exhaust time,hospital stay and incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The absorbable suture combined with absorbable clip applied in laparoscopic repair of gastroduodenal ulcer perforation can shorten the surgical suture time and reduce the postoperative intraperitoneal drainage with high safety.
