摘　　要：目的了解血液透析医护人员幸福感和共情疲劳现状,探究共情疲劳在血液透析医护人员领悟社会支持与幸福感的中介效应。方法采用便利抽样,于2021年10月~2022年2月利用线上问卷收集432名血液透析医护人员领悟社会支持量表、中文版共情疲劳简短量表和幸福感指数量表资料。结果血液透析医护人员幸福感得分(13.37±6.15),共情疲劳得分(51.33±25.58)。血液透析医护人员共情疲劳在领悟社会支持与幸福感起部分中介效应,效果量为38.87%。结论血液透析医护人员的幸福感处于中等偏下水平,共情疲劳呈现高风险状态。未来可以通过提高领悟社会支持的能力,减少共情疲劳的风险,进而提高血液透析医护人员幸福感。Objective The study aims at understanding the current status of well-being and compassion fatigue among hemodialysis medical staff,and exploring the mediating effect of compassion fatigue in their perceived social support and well-being.Methods The study used convenience sampling.The data were collected from 432 hemodialysis medical staff from October 2021 to February 2022 by an online questionnaire to Perceived Social Support Scale,the Chinese Version of Compassion Fatigue Short Scale and World Health Organization Five-item Well-Being Index.Results Hemodialysis medical staff showed a well-being score(13.37±6.15)and an compassion fatigue score(51.33±25.58).Their compassion fatigue played a partially mediating effect in perceived social support and well-being,with an effect size of 38.87%.Conclusion The well-being of hemodialysis medical staff is at a moderate to low level,while compassion fatigue presents a high risk state.In the future,the risk of compassion fatigue can be reduced by improving their ability to perceived social support,which in turn can improve their well-being.
