摘  要:以多巴胺预处理替代传统的浸锌工艺,在2A12铝合金表面通过先碱性化学镀后酸性化学镀而得到Ni–P合金。经多巴胺预处理后,2A12铝合金表面生成了大量牢固附着的聚多巴胺(PDA)颗粒,亲水性显著提高。化学镀最终得到的Ni–P合金层为非晶态结构,表面平整、致密,磷含量为11.56%(质量分数),显微硬度达到320 HV,对基材具有很好的防护作用。2A12 aluminum alloy was pretreated with dopamine instead of the traditional zinc dipping,and then Ni–P alloy coating was formed on its surface by electroless plating in an alkaline bath and an acidic bath successively.The hydrophilicity of 2A12 aluminum alloy was greatly improved after being treated with dopamine due to the massive formation and strong adsorption of polydopamine(PDA)particles on its surface.The Ni–P alloy coating electrolessly plated in the acidic bath was amorphous,uniform,and compact,contained 11.56%of phosphorus by mass,and had a microhardness of 320 HV,providing good protection for the substrate.
