摘　　要：某型号百万伏断路器用油箱在镀锌后存在内腔局部锌层过薄或漏镀,以及出光后锌层腐蚀的问题,这主要归因于镀锌过程存在局部窝气、电流密度分布不均和出光时间过长。通过设计和制作电动旋转工装,增设辅助电极,使上述问题得以解决,油箱各部位的锌层厚度和结合力均满足要求。Some problems appeared during the fabrication of a megavolt circuit breaker,such as insufficient thickness or even absence of coating inside the fuel tank after zinc electroplating,and corrosion of zinc coating after desmutting.The main causes were as follows:local gas accumulation and nonuniform distribution of current density during zinc electroplating,and desmutting for too long.The problems were solved by making an motor-driven rotatable tooling and adding an auxiliary electrode.The thickness and adhesion of zinc coating at every part of the inner cavity of the fuel tank meet technical requirements after implementation of said improvement measures.
