摘  要:黄骅港国家煤炭应急储备堆场罩棚工程施工工期短、安装精度要求高、安全管控严格,整体提升法、高空平台散装法、滑移脚手架法、分块滑移法等大跨度三心圆柱面网壳结构常用的安装工艺不适合该项目的施工。根据该项目的特点及现场实际情况,经研究分析,本工程采用起步跨网壳地面拼装多机位同步吊装、小单元锥体地面拼装、汽车吊提升高空散装的安装工艺。实践证明,该安装工艺实现了节约成本、提高安装精度、缩短施工工期、施工安全受控的效果。The construction period of the National Coal Emergency Storage Yard Shed Project at Huanghua Port is short,the installation accuracy requirements are high,and the safety control is strict.The commonly used installation technologies for large-span three-center cylindrical reticulated shell structures,such as the integral lifting method,high-altitude platform bulk method,sliding scaffold method,and block sliding method,are not suitable for the construction of this project.According to the characteristics of the project and the actual situation of the site,after research and analysis,a process of multi-position synchronous lifting for ground assembly of the original grid shell,ground assembly of small unit cone,and high-altitude bulk installation of the truck crane was adopted in this project.Practice has proved that the installation technology has achieved the effect of saving cost,improving installation precision,shortening construction period,and controlling construction safety.
