摘　　要：目的:分析罂粟乙碘油在子宫输卵管造影(HSG)检查中的应用价值。方法:选取2021年4月于南京医科大学附属苏州医院(苏州市市立医院)放射科行HSG检查的不孕症患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,各30例,试验组给予子宫输卵管罂粟乙碘油造影术,对照组给予子宫输卵管碘化油造影术。比较两组术中及术后24 h不良反应发生情况,影像学诊断质量。结果:术中,试验组腹痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组HSG间质部诊断图像评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:罂粟乙碘油HSG较碘化油HSG可明显减轻术中下腹不适症状,可提高HSG的诊断图像质量,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective:To analyze the application value of lipiodol poppy in hysterosalpingography(HSG)examination.Methods:A total of 60 infertility patients who underwent HSG examination were selected as the study objects in the Department of Radiology,the Affiliated Suzhou Hospital of Nanjing Medical University(Suzhou Municipal Hospital)in April 2021,and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group was given lipiodol angiography of the uterus and fallopian tubes,and the control group was given lipiodol angiography of the uterus and fallopian tubes.The occurrence of adverse reactions during surgery and 24 hours after surgery,and the quality of imaging diagnosis were compared between the two groups.Results:During the operation,the abdominal pain score of the test group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the HSG interstitial diagnostic image score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with lipiodol HSG,poppy lipiodol HSG can significantly reduce the symptoms of lower abdominal discomfort during surgery,improve the diagnostic image quality of HSG,and has high clinical application value.
