摘  要:目的探讨清创后负压封闭引流技术修复深度烧伤创面的临床效果。方法选例时间:2019年6月至2023年2月,研究对象:我院收治的深度烧伤患者(样本量:96例),将其分为对照组和观察组,每组均包括48例患者,分组依据:随机数字表法。给予对照组患者常规清创换药+游离植皮,在对照组基础上,联合给予观察组患者负压封闭引流技术,两组均观察至出院。将观察组与对照组患者恢复及住院情况,血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)、脑内神经肽(NPY)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、白细胞介素(IL)-8、IL-10水平(治疗前、后)以及并发症发生情况(治疗期间)进行统一的对比、分析。结果相较于对照组各项指标,观察组的创面愈合时间、平均住院时间均更短,平均换药次数更少,首次植皮存活率更高;经与治疗前比,两组患者治疗后的血清5-HT、NPY、PGE2以及CRP、TNF-α、IL-8、IL-10水平均降低,相较于对照组各项指标,观察组均处于更低水平;经与对照组(22.92%)比,观察组治疗期间的并发症总发生率(6.25%)明显处于更低水平(P<0.05)。结论清创后负压封闭引流技术修复深度烧伤创面的临床效果较为显著,其有助于减轻患者疼痛,抑制炎性介质表达,同时可降低并发症发生风险,促进病情恢复。Objective To explore the clinical effect of negative pressure sealing drainage technology after debridement for repairing deep burn wounds.Method From June 2019 to February 2023,the study subjects were 96 deep burn patients admitted to our hospital.They were divided into a control group and an observation group,each consisting of 48 patients.The grouping was based on the random number table method.Patients in the control group were given routine debridement,dressing change,and free skin grafting.On the basis of the control group,patients in the observation group were given negative pressure sealing drainage technology in combination.Both groups were observed until discharge.Compare the recovery and hospitalization status of patients in the observation group and the control group,including serum serotonin(5-HT),brain neuropeptide(NPY),prostaglandin E2(PGE2),C-reactive protein(CRP),and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α、Compare and analyze the levels of interleukin-8(IL-8)and IL-10(before and after treatment),as well as the incidence of complications(during treatment)in a unifed manner.Result Compared to the control group,the observation group had shorter wound healing time,average hospital stay,fewer average dressing changes,and a higher survival rate for the frst skin graft;Compared with before treatment,the serum levels of 5-HT,NPY,PGE2,CRP,and TNF in the two groups of patients after treatment were determined-α、The levels of IL-8 and IL-10 decreased,and compared to the control group,the observation group showed lower levels of all indicators;Compared with the control group(22.92%),the total incidence of complications during treatment in the observation group(6.25%)was signifcantly lower(P<0.05)Conclusion The clinical effect of negative pressure sealing drainage technology after debridement in repairing deep burn wounds is signifcant.It helps to reduce patient pain,inhibit the expression of inflammatory mediators,and reduce the risk of complications,further accelerating patient recovery.
