穴位埋线联合Q开关激光治疗肝气郁结类型黄褐斑的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察分析穴位埋线联合Q开关激光治疗肝气郁结型黄褐斑的效果。方法本院2021年8月~2022年8月收治80例肝气郁结型黄褐斑患者分为观察、对照两组,均接受Q开关激光治疗,观察组患者额外接受穴位埋线治疗。比对两组患者治疗前后面部皮损面积MASI评分、治疗前后中医证候积分、对治疗效果的满意度、不良反应发生率。结果①治疗前,两组MASI评分均较高,无统计学差异性(P>0.05);治疗后,两组MASI评分均明显降低,但观察组低于对照组(P>0.05)。②治疗前,两组患者烦躁不安、胸胁胀满、失眠健忘三项中医证候积分均较高且无统计学差异性(P>0.05);治疗后,两组评分均降低,但观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。③观察组患者对治疗效果的总满意率达到95.00%,高于对照组的75.00%,(P<0.05)。④观察组患者不良反应总发生率为2.50%,与对照组的5.00%相比,无统计学差异性(P>0.05)。结论穴位埋线联合Q开关激光治疗肝气郁结型黄褐斑,可以显著提高治疗效果,患者满意度高。Objective To observe and analyze the effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with Q-switch laser treatment on liver qi stagnation type melasma.Method From August 2021 to August 2022,80 patients with liver qi stagnation type melasma admitted to our hospital were divided into observation and control groups,both receiving Q-switch laser treatment.The observation group patients received additional acupoint catgut embedding treatment.Compare the comprehensive treatment effectiveness and satisfaction with the treatment effect between two groups of patients.Result The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group reached 95.00%,which was higher than 72.50%in the control group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group with the treatment effect reached 95.00%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupoint catgut embedding and Q-switch laser treatment for liver qi stagnation type melasma can signifcantly improve the treatment effect and gain widespread recognition from patients.
