摘　　要：目的探讨Nd:YAG激光治疗对面部褐青色斑的应用效果及对炎症性色素沉着的影响。方法选取80例于我院进行诊治的面部褐青色斑患者作为研究对象,纳入时间为2020年4月至2023年4月。对所选患者进行分组,将2020年4月至2021年10月收治的40例患者分为对照组,予以其强脉冲光治疗,将2021年11月至2023年4月收治的40例患者分为观察组,予以其Nd:YAG激光联合强脉冲光治疗。对比两组治愈率、治疗总有效率、皮损面积及颜色、不良反应发生情况、面部美观满意率。结果观察组治愈率、治疗总有效率分别为67.50%、100.00%,对照组分别为45.00%、90.00%,观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组皮损面积及颜色评分均出现降低,但观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组瘢痕发生情况、色素沉着、色素减退以及色素脱失病等不良反应总发生率为2.50%,对照组为7.50%,两组比较无差异(P>0.05)。观察组面部美观满意率为97.50%,对照组面部美观满意率为85.00%,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Nd:YAG激光治疗对面部褐青色斑患者具有较好的效果,可提升临床治疗效果,减少皮损面积,淡化色斑颜色,降低不良反应发生率,提高患者满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of Nd:YAG laser treatment on face and its effect on inflammatory pigmentation.Methods 80 facial patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected for the study from April 2020 to April 2023.The selected patients were grouped,and 40 patients admitted from April 2020 to 102021 were divided into control group and treated with intense pulse light,and 40 patients admitted from November 2021 to April 2023 were divided into observation group and treated with Nd:YAG laser combined with intense pulse light.The cure rate,total treatment rate,skin area and color,adverse reactions and facial aesthetic satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The cure rate and total response rate of treatment in the observation group were 67.50%and 100.00%,respectively,and the control group was 45.00%and 90.00%,respectively,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the skin lesion area and color score were decreased in both groups,but the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions such as scar occurrence,pigmentation,hypopigmentation and depigmentation was 2.50%in the observation group and 7.50%in the control group.There was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The facial aesthetic satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.50%,and that of the control group was 85.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nd:YAG laser treatment has a good effect on patients with facial brown blue spots,which can improve the clinical treatment effect,reduce the skin damage area of the skin,fade the color of the spots,will not increase the occurrence of adverse reactions of patients,and improve the facial aesthetic satisfaction of patients.
