摘 要:目的采用无创性评价技术量化检测不同年龄、不同季节北京地区女性面部皮肤生理学特性。方法检测161名健康女性志愿者面部皮肤弹性、角质层含水量、皮肤深层水分含量、经皮水分丢失、油脂含量,并于春夏秋冬4个季节进行回访。结果①皮肤水分含量、皮肤油脂含量与皮肤弹性(除皮肤弹性R5外)均与年龄呈负相关,其中,35-60岁年龄组油脂含量明显低于其他年龄组。经皮水分丢失随年龄增加先降低后增加。②生理学特性与季节相关,春冬季节的皮肤角质层含水量、皮肤油脂含量、皮肤弹性均低于夏秋季节,并且在夏季最高。皮肤深层水分含量与经皮水分丢失值趋势一致,冬季、春季均高于夏季、秋季,且两者均夏季最低,冬季最高。结论皮肤生理学特性与年龄、季节均相关。Objective To quantitatively analyze facial skin physiological characteristics of women for different ages and seasons in Beijing area by non-invasive evaluation techniques.Methods The facial skin elasticity,cuticle moisture content,deep skin moisture content,transdermal water loss(TEWL),and oil content of 161 healthy female volunteers were measured and followed up in spring,summer,autumn and winter.Results(1)Skin moisture content,skin oil content and skin elasticity(except skin net elasticity R5)were negatively correlated with age,and the oil content in 35-60 years old age-group was signifcantly lower than that in other age groups.TEWL decreased frst and then increased with age.(2)The physiological characteristics were related to the seasons.The moisture content of skin cuticle,skin oil content and skin elasticity in spring and winter were lower than those in summer and autumn,and the highest were detected in summer.The trend of deep skin moisture content was consistent with the trend of TEWL value,which was higher in winter and spring than in summer and autumn,with the lowest in summer and the highest in winter.Conclusion The physiological characteristics of skin are related to age and season.Noninvasive evaluation can not only quantitatively reveal skin surface physiological characteristics in different seasons and at different ages,but also help to understand the development of healthy skin or disease by monitoring changes in these parameters,and take interventions to improve skin surface characteristics.
