摘  要:尿素高压圈是尿素生产装置的核心部位,操作压力和操作温度较高、腐蚀性强,换热列管易产生缺陷。换热列管常采用多频涡流检测,由于折流板的影响,换热列管折流板部位的缺陷在涡流检测中会变形失真。针对这个问题,采用对比试块模拟研究,并将实际检测中遇到的真实案例进行对比,探究换热列管折流板部位缺陷深度的修正问题。The urea high pressure ring is the core part of the urea plant,with high operating pressure and operating temperature,strong corrosive,and heat exchange tubes are prone to defects.Multi-frequency eddy current testing is often used for heat exchange tubes.Due to the influence of the baffle,the defects of the heat exchange tube at the baffle will be deformed and distorted in the eddy current test.To solve this problem,we use a comparative test block to simulate the study,and comparison with real cases encountered in actual testing,exploring the correction of the defect depth of the heat exchange tube at the baffle.
