摘 要:曳引式电梯轮槽磨损具有动态发展特征,导致磨损检测的难度较大。为此,提出基于传感技术的曳引式电梯轮槽磨损检测方法。将传感光纤布设成具有特定夹角的光纤组,从光纤应变值中获得磨损的宽度和磨损发展趋势,并构建了包含磨损宽度、方向双参数的轮槽轮廓模型;然后在直角坐标系中,在光纤组应变值对应的直线方程斜率中,引入光纤组应变值的相对离散特征系数,实现对Hough变换的优化。当存在电梯轮槽表面切面到轮槽节圆中心垂直线与曳引式电梯钢丝绳边缘直线拟合时,将对应的光纤应变值映射到极坐标系的正弦曲线,得到该位置与轮槽节圆中心的垂直距离,根据该值与轮槽节圆半径之差即可得到电梯轮槽的磨损量。测试结果表明:该方法可以实现对电梯轮槽磨损数据的准确检测,能够将误差稳定在0.01mm以内。The wear of traction elevator wheel grooves has the characteristics of dynamic development,which makes it difficult to detect wear.To this end,a method for detecting wear of traction elevator wheel grooves based on sensing technology is proposed.The sensing fibers are arranged into fiber groups with specific included angles,and the wear width and wear development trend are obtained from the fiber strain values,and a groove profile model containing two parameters of wear width and direction is constructed;then in the Cartesian coordinate system,in the slope of the linear equation corresponding to the strain value of the optical fiber group,the relative discrete characteristic coefficient of the strain value of the optical fiber group is introduced to realize the optimization of the Hough transform.When there is a straight line fitting between the vertical line from the surface section of the elevator wheel groove to the center of the pitch circle of the wheel groove and the edge of the traction elevator wire rope,the corresponding optical fiber strain value is mapped to the sine curve of the polar coordinate system,and the position and the pitch circle of the wheel groove are obtained.The vertical distance of the center,according to the difference between this value and the radius of the pitch circle of the wheel groove,the wear amount of the elevator wheel groove can be obtained.The test results show that the method can realize the accurate detection of the wear data of the elevator wheel groove,and can stabilize the error within 0.01 mm.
