摘 要:分别采用游标卡尺法、金相法、磁性测厚法和超声波脉冲法四种检测方法对爆炸焊接复合板的覆层厚度进行测量分析,结果表明,磁性测厚法不适合用于爆炸焊接不锈钢复合板覆层厚度的测量;游标卡尺测出的数值较粗略;超声波脉冲装置测量法测得的结果较为准确,有一定的参考依据;金相测厚法检测结果最为精确,是复合板覆层厚度测量公认的方法。Four detection methods including vernier caliper,metallographic method,magnetic thickness gauge and ultrasonic pulse method were used to measure and analyze the coating thickness of explosive welded composite plates.The results show that the magnetic thickness measurement method is not suitable for measuring the coating thickness of explosive welded stainless steel composite plates;the value measured by vernier caliper is rough,and the result measured by ultrasonic pulse device is accurate,which has certain reference basis;the metallographic side thickness method is the most accurate method for measuring the cladding thickness of composite plates.
