摘　　要：某甲醇生产企业转化工序中的4台一、二级精脱硫罐,在使用和检验过程中多次发现装卸料孔接管与筒体连接焊缝开裂的情况,为有效防止该类安全隐患的重复出现,本文主要从设计、制造、使用三个方面对装卸料孔接管与筒体对接焊缝开裂进行原因分析,并提出改进建议。During the use and inspection of four primary and secondary precision desulfurization tanks in the conversion process of a certain methanol production enterprise,cracks were repeatedly found in the welding seam between the loading and unloading hole connecting pipe and the cylinder.To effectively prevent the recurrence of such safety hazards,this article mainly analyzes the reasons for the cracking of the welding seam between the loading and unloading hole connecting pipe and the cylinder from three aspects of design,manufacturing and use,and proposes improvement suggestions.
