摘 要:针对某电梯运行晃动明显、故障率高这一问题,本文提出一种切实可靠、经济适用的解决方案,即在井道内搭建钢结构,钢结构立于底坑,通过膨胀螺栓固定在楼层板处混凝土结构上。经整改后,电梯运行平稳、舒适。本文提供了一个钢结构稳定度校核公式,该公式也可用于加装电梯的钢结构稳定度校核计算。通过论述,笔者不建议采用穿墙螺栓的方式固定导轨支架。This article proposes a practical,reliable,and economically applicable solution to the problem of obvious shaking and high failure rate in the operation of a certain elevator,which is to build a steel structure in the shaft.The steel structure stands in the pit and is fixed to the concrete structure at the floor slab through expansion bolts.The elevator operates smoothly and comfortably after rectification.This article provides a formula for checking the stability of steel structures,which can also be used for calculating the stability of steel structures with added elevators.Through discussion,the author does not recommend using through wall bolts to fix the guide rail bracket.
