摘　　要：建立一种对PU合成革样品中DMFa的测试方法。通过用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)测试, PU合成革样品用甲醇超声萃取后,过滤至GC进样小瓶中,用气相色谱-质谱仪(GC-MS)及内标法定量分析。样品中的加标回收率均在98.0%~104.9%,相对偏差在2.9%~6.0%,最低检出限为1.0 mg/kg,合成相对不确定度为7.17%,满足欧美法规不得超过1 000 mg/kg的检出要求。A method for the determination of DMFa in PU synthetic leather samples was established.It was tested by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The samples of PU synthetic leather were extracted by methanol and filtered into GC injection vial.The samples were quantitatively analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometer(GC-MS)and internal standard method.The recoveries were 98.0%-104.9%,the relative deviations were 2.9%-6.0%,the minimum detection limit was 1.0 mg/kg,and the relative uncertainty of synthesis was 7.17%,which met the detection requirements of European and American regulationsnotexceeding1000mg/kg.
