摘 要:在电解液中添加HfO_(2)对Ti-6Al-4V钛合金进行微弧氧化处理,通过观察微弧氧化膜表、截面形貌,分析膜层成分及电化学行为,并测量膜层厚度、硬度、粗糙度等参数,来研究添加HfO_(2)对钛合金微弧氧化膜层特性的影响。结果表明:添加HfO_(2)后,微弧氧化膜层相组成是Al_(2)TiO_(5)、TiO_(2)和γ-Al_(2)O_(3)。较合适浓度的HfO_(2)能促进成膜反应,改善微弧氧化膜的微观结构,提高膜层的厚度、硬度并降低表面粗糙度,且膜层具有双层膜结构,膜层试样的耐腐蚀性能优于原基体。HfO_(2)浓度为3.0 g/L时所获得的微弧氧化膜层综合性能最佳。Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy was treated with micro-arc oxidation(MAO)by adding HfO_(2) into the electrolyte.The effect of adding HfO_(2) on the characteristics of the MAO film on titanium alloy was studied by characterizing the surface and cross-section morphologies,the composition of the film and the electrochemical behavior,and measuring the thickness,hardness,roughness and other parameters of the film.The results show that after adding HfO_(2),the main components of the MAO film are Al_(2)TiO_(5),TiO_(2) and γ-Al_(2)O_(3).The appropriate concentration of HfO_(2) can promote the film-forming reaction,improve the microstructure of the MAO film,improve the thickness and hardness of the film and reduce the surface roughness.The MAO film sample has a double-layer structure,and the corrosion resistance of the film sample is better than that of the original substrate.When the concentration of HfO_(2) is 3.0 g/L,the comprehensive performance of the MAO film is the best.
