摘　　要：目的调查某地武警某部新兵及特勤人员的膳食营养与健康状况,为制定适用于此类人群的营养方案提供依据。方法采用称重法进行为期3 d的膳食调查,新兵和特勤人员调查人数分别为251例和226例,均为男性;利用人体体成分分析仪测定新兵大队全队1264名新兵体质指数(BMI)和体脂率。结果新兵大队仅畜肉、禽肉、禽蛋、牛奶和水果5类食物摄入达到现行军标要求,其余均不达标,三大产能营养素供能比基本均衡;钙、锌、维生素A、维生素B_(1)和维生素B_(2)未达到现行军标要求;超重者占20.96%,消瘦者占1.90%。特勤大队仅畜肉、禽蛋、牛奶和水果4类食物摄入达到现行军标要求,其余均不达标,三大产能营养素供能比失衡;维生素A和维生素B_(1)摄入未达到现行军标要求。结论新兵大队和特勤大队膳食结构均不合理,部分食物及营养素摄入未达到现行军标要求,特勤大队三大营养素供能比失衡;新兵体重超重与消瘦并存。Objective To investigate the dietary nutrition and health status of new recruits and personnel for special op‐erations in the Armed Police,and to provide data for the formulation of personalized nutrition strategies for these popula‐tions.Methods A 3‐day dietary survey was conducted using the weighing method.The 251 recruits and 226 special opera‐tions personnel were all male.The body mass index(BMI)and body fat rate of 1264 recruits were measured with a body composition analyzer.Results Only the intakes of livestock meat,poultry meat,poultry eggs,milk and fruits met the cur‐rent military standard in the recruit brigade.The energy supply ratio of the three major nutrients was basically balanced.Calcium,zinc,vitamin A,vitamin B_(1and)vitamin B_(2did)not meet the requirements of the current military standard.About20.96%and 1.90%of the recruits were overweight and underweight respectively.Only the intakes of livestock meat,poul‐try eggs,milk and fruits met the requirements of the current military standard in this special operations brigade.The energy supply ratio of the three major nutrients was unbalanced.The intakes of vitamin A and vitamin B_(1fell)short of the current military standard.Conclusion The dietary structures of the recruit brigade and the special operations brigade are inappro‐priate,the intakes of some food and nutrients do not meet the requirements of the current military standards,and the energy supply ratio of the three major nutrients in the special operations brigade is unbalanced.Some of the recruits are either over‐weight or underweight.
