摘 要:基于9个表型性状分析28份月季品种资源的表型多样性。结果表明:在欧氏距离18.5处,28份月季品种共分为4个类群。在A类群中,多数藤本月季与部分大花月季、微型月季聚类,其共同性状特征为叶尖形状均为渐尖,显示亲缘关系相对较近;在B类群中,多个微型月季与地被月季和大花月季聚类,其共同性状特征为当年生枝条颜色均为墨绿色,叶色为深绿,叶尖渐尖,花瓣开放形状为盘状;C类群和D类群主要为丰花月季品种聚类,表现较为明显的遗传变异与分化。不同园艺类型的月季品种混合聚类,其表型性状呈现丰富的遗传多样性。In this study,the phenotypic diversity of 28 Rose germplasm resources were analyzed based on 9 phenotypic traits.The study found that,28 Rosa hybrida varieties could be divided into 4 groups at the Euclidean distance 18.5.In group A,most of the Climbing Rose varieties clustered with some Grandiflora Roses and Miniatures Roses,which share the common morphological character for the shape of leaf tip was acumination,indicating a relatively close genetic relationship.In group B,most of the Miniatures Rose varieties were grouped together with few Ground-cover roses and Grandiflora Roses,and their common characteristics were that the branches of the current year were dark green,dark green leaves,acuminate leaves,and disk-shaped for opening petals.Group C and group D included mainly Floribunda Rose varieties,showing obvious genetic variation and differentiation.The mixed clustering of different Horticultural Rose varieties showed rich genetic diversity in phenotypic traits.
