摘 要:针对搂草机对不同作业功能需求和在坑凹地面作业适应性较差问题,设计了一种具有搂草、搬运、扩散、反转4种作业功能和坑凹地面仿形的水平旋转搂草机,并利用ADAMS软件对搂草装置进行运动分析。结果表明:机具前进速度为14.4 km/h时不产生漏搂区域且产生的重复搂区域较少。苜蓿地田间试验显示,设计的搂草机作业效果稳定,漏搂率为0.71%,平均花叶损失率为-4.872%,满足作业要求。可为搂草机设计和部件功能分析提供参考。Aiming at the needs of different operation functions and the poor adaptability of the rake when working on uneven ground,a horizontal rotary rake with four operation functions of raking,handling,tedding and inversion and the profiling of the uneven ground was designed,and ADAMS software was used to analyze the motion of the raking device.It was determined that there was no miss raking and less repeated area when the forward speed of the rake was 14.4 km/h.The results of experiment at alfalfa field showed that the operation effect of the designed rake was stable,and the miss raking rate was 0.71%and the average leaf loss rate was-4.872%,which met the requirements of the operation.This study will provide reference for the design and function analysis of each component of the rotary rake.
