摘  要:内窥镜蛇骨节固定孔是为了放置0.15 mm的钢丝绳而设计,固定孔由冲压工艺获得,冲压完成后会发生回弹,从而影响钢丝绳的放置。针对此问题,首先分析冲压成形的特点以及冲压之后回弹的原因,并基于此建立回弹量表征——曲率半径变化量和Z轴方向的回弹量;其次,将三维软件建立的蛇骨节模型导入AutoForm软件,设置3道工序对蛇骨节固定孔冲压进行仿真模拟,分别从材料厚度、材料直径以及摩擦系数这3个方面研究对回弹量的影响。结果表明,随着材料厚度、材料直径以及摩擦系数的不断增加,Z轴方向的回弹量呈逐渐减小趋势。该结论可为之后企业设计蛇骨节提供参考。The fixed hole of endoscope bending section was designed for the placement of 0.15 mm steel wire rope,and the fixed hole was obtained by the stamping process.After the stamping was completed,the springback behavior would occur,thus affecting the placement of the steel wire rope.Therefore,in response to this problem,firstly,the characteristics of stamping and the reasons for springback after stamping were analyzed,and based on this,the springback scale was established:the change of curvature radius and the springback in the direction of Z axis.Secondly,the bending section model established by the 3D software was imported into the AutoForm software,and three processes were set up to simulate the stamping of the fixed hole of the bending section.The influence of the material thickness,the diameter of the material and the friction coefficient on the springback was studied respectively.The results showed that with the increasing of material thickness,material diameter and friction coefficient,the springback quantity in the Z-axis direction set in the software gradually decreased.This conclusion can provide reference for enterprises to design bending section.
