摘  要:根据行星滚柱丝杠寿命试验要求,设计了一种行星滚柱丝杠寿命试验台测控系统。首先介绍了行星滚柱丝杠寿命试验台的结构组成,通过对滚柱丝杠寿命试验的原理与所需功能的研究分析,设计了试验台的加载控制系统、伺服驱动系统以及数据采集系统,最后对寿命试验所得到的数据曲线进行了分析。试验结果表明,该测控系统可以满足试验台对滚柱丝杠寿命测试的要求,试验台加载力最高可达150 kN,加载精度可保持在±10%F.S,同时可以对寿命试验中丝杠的温升、振动、噪声等性能参数进行实时采集与保存,为行星滚柱丝杠寿命的进一步研究提供数据支持。According to the requirements of planetary roller screw life test,a set of measurement and control system was designed for the life test bench of planetary roller screw.First,the structure of the life test bench of planetary roller screw was introduced.Through the study and analysis of the principle and required functions of the life test of the roller screw,the load control system,the servo drive system and the data collection system of the test bench were designed.Finally,the data curve obtained from the life test was analyzed.The test results showed that the measurement and control system could meet the requirements of the test bench for the life test of the roller screw.The loading force of the test bench could reach up to 150 kN.The loading accuracy can be maintained at±10%F.S.Meanwhile,the temperature rise,vibration,noise and other performance parameters of the screw in the life test can be collected and saved in real time,which provides data support for further study of the life of planetary roller screw.
