摘  要:玉米收获机配套的摘穗割台、果穗压送器和剥皮机构等重要装置的驱动方式,直接影响着玉米收获机的作业效率和可靠性能。基于传统玉米收获机链条传动结构的不稳定性,研究采用独立电机驱动玉米收获机配套的摘穗割台、果穗压送器和剥皮机构,极大地提高了新型玉米收获机的作业质量和效率。试验作业结果表明,采用独立电机驱动其配套装置的新型玉米收获机,在保障其在田间作业动力性的同时,还极大地提高了其燃油经济性,并有效地降低了玉米收获机的作业条件要求和作业成本。The driving mode of important supporting devices such as the picking header,ear press and peeling mechanism of the corn harvester,directly affects the operating performance and reliability of the corn harvester.Based on the instability of chain transmission of the traditional corn harvester,the picking header,ear press and peeling mechanism of the corn harvester driven by an independent motor were studied,which greatly improved the operation quality and efficiency of the new corn harvester.The test operation results showed that the new corn harvester with independent motor driving its devices,could not only ensure its power performance in field,but also greatly improved its fuel economy,and effectively reduced the operating conditions and operating costs of the corn harvester.
