摘  要:针对发动机前端轮系怠速工况下518/540 Hz左右异响,振动噪声测试结果显示,轮系怠速异响与张紧器相关。通过轮系仿真计算和声传函测试确认轮系皮带存在与异响相近模态频率。根据激励-路径-响应原理,分别从激励和路径上对该问题进行优化。激励方面,通过调整皮带长度改变轮系皮带模态频率,使张紧器540 Hz振动明显减小;路径方面,通过调整张紧器阻尼或改变张紧轮结构有效减小异响幅值。发动机前端轮系怠速异响的分析过程提供了解决轮系异响问题的基本思路和分析逻辑,同时对发动机其他异响问题的解决具有一定的借鉴意义。The 518/540 Hz humming abnormal sound of the engine front end accessory drive system at idling speed and the results of vibration and noise test showed that the abnormal noise of the gear train at idle speed was related to the tensioner.The simulation calculation of the gear train and the sound transfer function test confirmed that the belt train had a modal frequency similar to the abnormal noise.According to the excitation-path-response principle,the optimization could be carried out on the excitation and the path respectively.In terms of excitation,the 540 Hz vibration of the tensioner was significantly reduced by adjusting the belt length so that the modal frequency of the pulley belt was changed.On the path,the amplitude of abnormal noise could be effectively reduced by adjusting the damper of tensioner or changing the tensioner structure.The analysis process of the abnormal idling noise of engine front end accessory drive system provides the basic idea and analysis logic for solving the problem of abnormal noise of the gear train.Meanwhile,it has certain reference significance to solve other abnormal noise problems of the engine.
