摘 要:目的探讨理气通便方联合复方聚乙二醇电解质散治疗儿童慢传输型便秘(STC)的临床疗效。方法回顾性选取2020年6月至2021年9月浙江大学医学院附属第二医院建德分院收治的STC患儿92例作为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组给予复方聚乙二醇电解质散(儿童型)治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合理气通便方治疗。比较两组患儿治疗前后血清P物质(SP)、生长抑素(SS)以及一氧化氮(NO)水平,比较两组不良反应发生率、治疗后临床症状以及临床治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患儿SP、SS以及NO水平差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组SP水平[(45.79±7.36)ng/L]高于对照组[(37.98±6.25)ng/L](P<0.05),SS水平[(9.08±1.89)ng/L]和NO水平[(53.62±12.13)mmol/L]与对照组[(13.25±2.25)ng/L、(68.14±10.52)mmol/L]比较均降低(均P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率[4.35%(2/46)]低于对照组[21.74%(10/46)](χ^(2)=7.06,P<0.05);观察组治疗后临床各项指标均优于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率[100.00%(46/46)]高于对照组[89.13%(41/46)](χ^(2)=7.13,P<0.05)。结论理气通便方联合复方聚乙二醇电解质散治疗儿童STC,可以有效降低NO和SS水平,同时提高SP水平,促进肠道动力恢复,减少其不良事件发生,改善临床症状,提高临床治疗效果。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Liqi Tongbian Decoction combined with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder in the treatment of slow transit constipation(STC)in children.Methods A total of 92 children with STC who received treatment in Jiande Branch,The Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine from June 2020 to September 2021 were retrospectively selected and included in this study.These patients were divided into a control group and an observation group(n=46 per group)according to different treatment methods.The control group was given polyethylene glycol and electrolytes powder(for children).The observation group was given Liqi Tongbian Decoction and polyethylene glycol and electrolytes powder(for children).Before and after treatment,the levels of serum substance P(SP),somatostatin(SS),and nitric oxide(NO)were compared between the two groups.The incidence of adverse reactions,post-treatment clinical symptoms,and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in SP,SS,and NO levels between the two groups(all P>0.05).After treatment,the SP level in the observation group was(45.79±7.36)ng/L,which was significantly higher than(37.98±6.25)ng/L in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,SS and NO levels in the observation group were(9.08±1.89)ng/L and(53.62±12.13)mmol/L,respectively,which were significantly lower than(13.25±2.25)ng/L and(68.14±10.52)mmol/L in the control group(both P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.35%(2/46),which was significantly lower than 21.74%(10/46)in the control group(χ^(2)=7.06,P<0.05).After treatment,clinical indicators in the observation group were significantly superior to those in the control group(all P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 100%(46/46),which was significantly higher than 89.13%(41/46)in the control group(χ^(2)=7.13,P<0.05).Conclusion Liqi Tongbian Decoction combined with pol
