摘 要:针对民航飞机在高空、寒冷区域飞行时存在的结冰问题,以环氧树脂中掺杂一定含量的碳纳米管制备复合材料涂层,优化提升民航飞机的除冰性能,同时对改善民航飞机机翼蒙皮的防腐性能展开研究。测试表明碳纳米管含量为0.5%时复合材料光热性能更好,温度上升明显。光热循环稳定性测试表明,碳纳米管含量为0.5%时,在150 mW/cm~2的光照下,该复合涂层具有光热稳定性能;自愈合性能分析测试得知,在表面受到一定程度的破坏后,该复合涂层能通过加温的方式实现自愈合;电化学工作站测试极化曲线分析中,碳纳米管含量为0.5%的复合涂层腐蚀电位最大为-1.510 V,表明其腐蚀速率最低;在静态全浸测试中,碳纳米管含量为0.5%的复合涂层质量减少最小,表明其防腐蚀性能更好。Considering the problem of icing in civil aircraft flying at high altitudes and in cold areas,the composite coating was prepared by doping a certain content of carbon nanotubes(CNT) in Epoxy resin(Ep),which optimised and improved the de-icing performance of civil aircraft.At the same time,the anti-corrosion performance of the CNT-modified Ep on the wing skin was investigated.The test shows that when the CNT content is 0.5%,the photothermal performance of the composite is good,and the temperature rise is obvious.The photothermal cycling stability test shows that when the CNT content is 0.5%,the composite coating has photothermal stability under 150 mW/cm~2 light.The self-healing performance analysis test shows that after a certain degree of surface damage,the composite coating can achieve self-healing by heating.In the polarisation curve analysis of the electrochemical station(CHI660E) test,the maximum corrosion potential of the composite coating with 0.5% CNT content is-1.510 V,indicating the lowest corrosion rate compared to others.In the static full immersion test,the composite coating with 0.5% CNT content is reduced the least,indicating its good corrosion resistance.
