摘 要:为了满足空腹桁架实际工程需要,改善空腹桁架结构刚度及经济性,提出了一种双竖杆空腹桁架结构。推导了双竖杆空腹桁架等效惯性矩和等效剪切刚度的计算公式,通过刚度分析确定了双竖杆间距的合理取值。通过有限元参数化分析,验证了等效刚度计算公式的可靠性。在用钢量相同的条件下与传统空腹桁架进行静力性能对比分析,结果表明:双竖杆空腹桁架的等效剪切刚度提高0%~40%,上下弦弯矩和剪力分别减小35.3%和7.2%;腹杆弯矩和剪力减小39%。采用基于响应面法的结构优化设计方法对传统空腹桁架与双竖杆空腹桁架进行优化后对比分析,结果表明:在挠度、最大应力和型钢宽厚比满足规范的条件下,双竖杆空腹桁架少用钢材1.1 t,节省用钢量17.5%;双竖杆空腹桁架结构高度更低,空腹部分及楼层有效空间更大;双竖杆空腹桁架的整体结构刚度、内力分布和技术经济性均优于传统空腹桁架,具有很好的工程应用前景。To adapt to the actual engineering needs and improve the stiffness and economy of vierendeel truss structure,a double-web vierendeel truss was proposed.The relevant calculation formulas of equivalent inertia moment and equivalent shear stiffness were derived.The reasonable value of double vertical pole spacing was determined through stiffness analysis.Through finite element parametric analysis,the reliability of the equivalent stiffness calculation formula was verified.Under the same amount of steel,the static properties of the double-web vierendeel truss were compared with conventional vierendeel truss,and the results show that the equivalent shear stiffness of double-web vierendeel truss increases by 0%~40%;the bending moment and shear force of upper and lower chords decrease by 35.3%and 7.2%,respectively,and the bending moment and shear force of web members decrease by 39%.The structural optimization design method based on response surface method was used to compare the conventional and the double-web vierendeel trusses after optimization.The results show that under the conditions that the deflection,maximum stress and section steel width thickness ratio meet the specifications,the double-web vierendeel truss uses 1.1t less steel and saves 17.5%of steel consumption.The double-web vierendeel truss structure has a lower height,larger effective space and floor,and it also has better overall structural stiffness,internal force distribution and technical economy,which signifies a good engineering application prospect.
