摘  要:槽罐车安全阀作为罐体的主要泄压部件对罐车的安全运输起着十分重要的作用。为提高槽罐车安全阀校验的自动化程度,提出了一种槽罐安全阀在线校验的实现方法,完成了在线校验装置的设计与校验试验,给出了详尽的在线校验装置机械结构设计与原理说明,对装置中采用的步进电机、拉力与位移传感器的选型和测量设计进行了详细阐述。装置的下位机程序实现了对步进电机的控制、数据采集与无线传输;上位机程序实现了将数据的接收,并在显示界面绘制拉力和位移曲线,测量数据的显示与储存等。针对设计的安全阀在线校验装置对选取的安全阀进行了离线和在线校验试验,得到了校验装置校验安全阀的整定压力、拉力和位移变化曲线,离线校验的实验误差均在2%左右,在线校验的实验误差随着初始压强增大而增大,对在线校验产生的实验误差进行了深入分析。As the main pressure relief component of the tank body,the tank car safety valve plays a very important role in the safe transportation.In order to improve the automation level of tank truck safety valve verification,a method for realizing on-line verification of tank safety valve is proposed,the design and on-line verification test are completed,the detailed mechanical structure design and principle description of the online verification device are discussed,and the selection and measurement design of the stepper motor,tension and displacement sensor used in the device are described in detail.The lower computer program of the system mainly realizes the control of the stepping motor,data acquisition and wireless transmission.The host computer program mainly realizes the reception of data,draws the tension and displacement curves on the display interface,and displays and stores the measurement data.For the designed safety valve online calibration device,the selected calibration valve is tested by offline and online experiments,and the set pressure,tension and displacement curve of the calibration device calibration safety valve are obtained.All the experimental errors of the offline calibration are around 2%,the experimental errors of the online calibration increase with the increase of the initial pressure,and the experimental errors caused by the online calibration are deeply analyzed.
