摘 要:在隧道建造过程中,栈桥是连接掌子面和建造完成段的唯一通道,其安全性对隧道的安全建设极其重要。以新乡隧道工程为实例,建立了该隧道栈桥的简化力学计算模型。分析得出栈桥的最不利状态为:当重载渣土车后轴位于梁中点处时,栈桥所受弯矩达到最大,弯矩最大位置在中点处,最大值为623.345kN·m。当后轴刚过支点处,整车完全驶上栈桥时,栈桥在支点附近所受剪力达到最大,最大值为187.9kN。栈桥优化设计方案为:单幅主梁纵向采用3根55a工字钢加4块厚2cm、宽50 cm的侧面钢板,横向采用间隔为1m的55a工字钢连接。优化设计方案可以同时满足强度、刚度、单线小断面隧道尺寸要求,保证了隧道的安全施工。During the tunnel construction process,the trestle is the only channel connecting the tunnel face and the completed construction section,and its safety is extremely important for the safe construction of the tunnel.Taking the Xinxiang tunnel project as an example,the simplified mechanical calculation model for the tunnel trestle is established.The analysis shows that the most unfavorable state of the trestle is:when the rear axle of the heavy-duty muck car is located at the midpoint of the beam,the bending moment of the trestle reaches the maximum,and the maximum bending moment is located at the midpoint,with a maximum value of 623.345kN·m.When the rear axle just passes the fulcrum and the entire car fully drives onto the trestle,the maximum shear force of the trestle near the fulcrum reaches 187.9kN.The optimized design scheme for the trestle is that:three 55a I-beams and four 2cm-thick and 50cm-wide side steel plates are used longitudinally for the single main beam,and 55a I-beam with a spacing of 1m is used horizontally for connection.The optimized design scheme can simultaneously meet the requirements of strength,stiffness,and single-line small-section tunnel size,and ensure the safe construction of the tunnel.
